Services. Element Su provides Residential Moving, Commercial Moving, Furniture Moving, Piano Moving, Loading Services, Unloading Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Element Su or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Element Su's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Element Su in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Choice of Law. DC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of DC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Element Su may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
